Account Deletion & Data Management
We are committed to your data privacy. In accordance with Google Play’s requirements, we provide a clear path for you to delete your account and any personal information we have collected.
How to Request Deletion
Because we take security seriously, we require a verified request to ensure your data is not deleted by someone else.
Via Email (Web Request)
If you no longer have the app installed, please send an email from the address associated with your account:
- To: hello.lifeassistant@gmail.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request — Your name or username
- Body: Please include a brief statement requesting the permanent removal of your account.
Verification Step: Once we receive your email, we will send a confirmation reply. You must reply to that confirmation to finalize the deletion process.
In-App Deletion
If you still have the app installed, you can initiate this process instantly:
- Open My Life Assistant.
- Go to Profile > Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Data Scope & Retention
When you complete the deletion process, the following actions are taken:
- Personal Identity: We remove your name, email address, and any linked social media identifiers.
- App Usage Data: Any history, preferences, or user-generated content stored on our servers is purged.
- Exemptions: We may only retain data that we are legally obligated to keep for regulatory, tax, or fraud prevention purposes, as outlined in our primary Privacy Policy.
Processing Time
Once verified, your account and data will be deleted from our active databases within 7 business days; in-app, this process is instant.
